Industries

Six industries. Reported from the field.

Each industry pairs what Affectli does with an anonymised field example published by Mi-C3. Where the industry is part of critical infrastructure, the full sector briefing is at Mi-C3.

Every reservoir, tower and pump station in one picture

Utilities face ageing infrastructure, water scarcity, growing demand and closer regulatory scrutiny. Affectli links PLC telemetry and GIS into one model of reservoirs, pump stations and crews, so operators see depletion coming from consumption rates and every alarm raises a field ticket.

Remote tower sites, run from one NOC view

Shared telecoms infrastructure depends on power, access and fast field response at sites that are hard to reach. Affectli runs the Field Operation Management, Service Desk, Network Surveillance and Asset Management apps on one ontology of sites, generators, alarms and technicians, so the NOC sees power, access and the nearest technician from a single alarm.

Vessels, mobile assets and fuel in one picture

Affectli puts vessels, mobile assets, fuel and facilities on one picture, so command-and-control teams respond from the same facts. It carries forward the work Mi-C3’s software began in the early 2000s, for an oil and gas company managing operations and security risk across several countries and hard-to-reach terrain.

Observation, crisis and logistics apps for live events

Security teams need field observations, crisis procedures and vehicle movements in one place, with access set by role. The Observation Book, Crisis Management and Logistics apps put field reports from phones and tablets, map-based dispatch and third-party vehicle tracking on the same picture.

Mining & Resources

One control room for surface and underground operations

Remote mines run plant, haulage, security and logistics on separate systems. Affectli joins them in one control room, so operators drill down from the map to blueprints, technical drawings and live CCTV feeds without switching screens.

Boilers, tanks and washers, monitored and controlled

Industrial laundries run on boilers, water, chemicals and heat. Affectli monitors each device, predicts depletion ahead of time, routes tickets to the nearest qualified agent and sends commands back to the equipment, where the device supports it.
